How our service works   :

Our system works, to book a room which is being wrote credit card information by your hand writing and confirmation by fax .

1.Reservations: To make a reservation please find below our reservation request form .Follow the instructions on the form to make your reservation.

2.After you reservation reguest is confirmed to us by hotel;we will send you our credit card payment form *per email or fax*you may just fill in and send it back to our fax +90 (212) 252 42 74 .

3. After recieving your fax message with your payment form , we will send the hotel voucher for your requested hotel very soon .

Not:All our rates are includes for ISTANBUL hotels open buffet breakfast and free airport pickup service for one way and local taxes.

3.Your credit card will be processed manually for total amount of your reservation 1 week before your check in to the requested hotel .

4.All reservations are guaranteed even for late arrivals.

5.Cancellation Policy :
Your credit card details will be requested,after  your reservation request is confirmed.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
* More than 7 days to arrival date cancellation notice................ No Charge
* 7 days to arrival day........................................................... 1 Night No Show
* No show equivalent to one night's room/tax plus applicable hotel charges.
* No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

Changes :Should you need to make any changes to your reservations; you have to contact us with your name . Changing Requests can be confirmed depends to availability. You will be informed about the result of your Changing Request as soon as possible.
